Premier Medical Transit provides scheduled ambulatory transportation to doctor and medical appointments throughout Elizabeth City, Pasquotank County, Hertford, Perquimans County, and Camden County, North Carolina. Whether you need a ride to your primary care physician, a specialist referral, a therapy session, lab work, or an imaging appointment, our drivers arrive on time and assist you in and out of the vehicle. We serve riders who can safely enter and exit the vehicle with minimal assistance. Private pay rides are available, and eligible NC Medicaid NEMT trips may be supported when scheduled through the approved health plan, broker, or authorized program. Our goal is to make sure you never miss an appointment because of transportation.
