NC Medicaid Enrolled NEMT Provider
Premier Medical Transit is an enrolled provider with the North Carolina Medicaid program. Eligible Medicaid members may receive ambulatory non-emergency medical transportation at no out-of-pocket cost when scheduled through the approved health plan, broker, or authorized program.
We also offer private-pay transportation for riders who are not Medicaid eligible or who prefer to book directly. We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, and Square. We do not accept cash payments.
