Dialysis patients need transportation they can count on three times a week, every week. Premier Medical Transit specializes in standing weekly dialysis rides for patients in Elizabeth City, Pasquotank County, Hertford, Perquimans County, and Camden County, North Carolina. We transport riders to DaVita Elizabeth City Dialysis, DaVita Hertford Dialysis, Albemarle Nephrology Medical Clinic, and other regional treatment centers. You call us once, we confirm your pickup times, and we assign your standing ride. Same driver when possible, same pickup window, same routine. No need to call before every appointment. Our drivers assist you in and out of the vehicle and stay in communication with you and your family on every trip. We are an NC Medicaid enrolled NEMT provider. Eligible Medicaid members may receive transportation at no out-of-pocket cost when scheduled through the approved health plan, broker, or authorized program. Private pay standing weekly dialysis rates are also available. Missing a dialysis session is not an option, and we treat every standing ride that way.
