What We’re Looking For
We are hiring professional, compassionate, reliable drivers to provide ambulatory non-emergency medical transportation in Elizabeth City, Pasquotank County, Perquimans County, and Camden County, NC.
Requirements
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (clean driving record required)
- At least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screening
- Ability to pass a DOT physical examination
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)
- Defensive Driving certification (or willingness to obtain before start date)
- HIPAA compliance training (provided during onboarding)
- Passenger Assistance Technique (PAT) training (provided during onboarding)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable personal transportation to and from work
- Smartphone with GPS capability
- Ability to assist passengers in and out of the vehicle (ambulatory assistance)
